Sessions are completely free. There is no need for a referral, to book in advance or for a formal diagnosis.  Anyone aged over 16 is welcome and sessions are held in easily accessible community spaces and in the evenings to allow people who work to attend.

Doors open from 7pm for a cuppa and chat then main session runs from 7.30pm to 9pm
